1. After stirring evenly, slowly raise the temperature and observe the pH change. It is advisable to maintain the pH value between 8.0 and 8.5.

2. After reaching the pH value, add a small amount of pig pancreatic juice and continue enzymatic hydrolysis for about 4 hours. If the pH of the enzymatic hydrolysis material decreases during the hydrolysis process, it is necessary to adjust it in a timely manner with 5% -8% sodium hydroxide solution. After adjusting with hydrochloric acid, the pH value is between 5.5-6, and then continue to heat up.

3. After stirring thoroughly and evenly, add sodium chloride, calcium, magnesium, etc. to mix them together, and then heat them up. After that, filter and remove impurities before fully cooling. Once the filtrate has cooled to around 35 degrees, adjust the pH value again with dilute alkaline solution, and then filter finely.

3、 Ion exchange adsorption

1. After enzymatic hydrolysis and extraction, remove the oil layer floating on the surface of the liquid, and then heat it up. After the temperature reaches the required level, stop heating.

2. Under continuous stirring, add the treated resin to effectively adsorb the heparin sodium component in the feed solution. After treatment for 3 hours, let it stand and filter.

3. Combine and filter the liquid and semen, then adjust the pH value, add ethanol to precipitate for one night, then dry and suck out the upper clear liquid, collect the lower sediment, filter it until dry, and then vacuum dry it to obtain crude heparin sodium.

4、 Preparation of high-quality heparin sodium

1. Dissolve the obtained crude product in a NaCl solution, and during this period, appropriately raise the temperature to assist in dissolution. Then, finely adjust the obtained material using a sodium hydroxide solution.

2. After the temperature of the material solution in the first step has cooled down sufficiently, it can be finely filtered once, and then re filtered again. A small amount of sodium hydroxide solution can be used to adjust the pH.

3. Using ethanol for precipitation, collect the precipitate. After dehydration with ethanol, the precipitate is refined and then dehydrated with acetone, ground and dehydrated, and dried under vacuum conditions of 50-60 degrees Celsius to obtain high-quality heparin sodium.
