What should I do if the ice pack melts after ADOS receives the goods?
After receiving the goods, the built-in ice pack has melted, will it cause the product to deteriorate? This product is stable at room temperature. Low temperature transportation is to prevent extreme temperature conditions that may occur during transportation. Therefore, when you receive the product, if the ice pack has melted, it will not affect its quality, so please feel free to use it. If it is stored for a long time, it is recommended to store it in the cold and avoid light. If it is to be prepared into a solution, it is recommended to use it immediately to avoid oxidation and discoloration in contact with air.
What is the specific detection method of ADOS?
1. Prepare sample solutions for enzymatic oxidation reactions. The pH range of the buffer should be 5.5-9.5.
2. Use the same buffer to prepare a standard solution containing a known amount of substrate.
3. Add an appropriate unit of oxidase to the sample solution, and then add an equal volume of the detection solution.
4. Incubate the mixture at room temperature or 37°C for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Prepare a standard curve and determine the concentration of the substrate in the sample solution.
