Immunosuppressive co stimulatory factors of NK and T cells

TIGIT (T cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains)

TIGIT (T cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains), also known as Vstm3, Vsig9, WUCAM, is a newly discovered co-stimulatory molecule with an immunosuppressive effect with a molecular weight of 30-34kD in recent years, in T cells and NK cells Expressed above, it has an immunoglobulin-like domain, a transmembrane domain, and an immunoglobulin tyrosine inhibitory motif (ITIM), hence the name TIGIT. TIGIT is a type I transmembrane protein and belongs to the CD28 member of the Ig superfamily. Human TIGIT has 244 amino acids, including a signal peptide of 21aa, an extracellular region of 120aa (containing a V-type immunoglobulin-like domain and two potential N-terminal glycosylation sites), a transmembrane region of 21aa, and carrying 82aa cytoplasmic region of ITIM motif.

TIGIT, an inhibitory receptor shared by emerging NK and T cells, has high affinity with PVR (CD155), which is highly expressed in tumor cells, and directly inhibits the killing effect of NK and T cells on tumor cells through the ITIM region of TIGIT Inhibition of CTLA-4 on T cells.

TIGIT-his and TIGIT-Fc expressed by the mammalian cells of the company have high purity and good activity.
