Human CD27 (TNFRSF7)
CD27, also known as TNFRSF7 (TNF receptor superfamily 7), is a 55kD transmembrane glycoprotein (transmembrane glycoprotein) that exists on the surface of most T cells, B cells, and NK cells. Human CD27 consists of an extracellular region of 172aa, a transmembrane region of 21aa, and a cytoplasmic region of 48aa. Recent studies have shown that cDNA encoding human CD27 has homology with nerve growth factor receptors and TNF receptors, and believes that CD27 plays a key role in T cell activation.
The CD27-his and CD27-Fc expressed by the mammalian cells of the company have high purity and good activity.
