The mainstream of international enzyme preparations is compound enzymes with high added value. The development of compound enzymes needs to be based on the comprehensive technology of enzyme preparation production and application. Domestic enzyme preparation companies lack application workshops and professional researchers in the production and application of enzyme preparations, and lack the conditions for proposing corresponding solutions based on raw materials, processes and equipment conditions, which restricts the further rapid development of China's enzyme preparation industry.
