OX40 Fc tag

OX40 (CD134; TNFSF4) is a member of TNF superfamily and is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. Human OX40 consists of 28aa signal peptide, 185aa extracellular domain, 20AA transmembrane domain and 41aa cytoplasmic domain. Human OX40 ligand (OX40L/CD 134L) contains 183 amino acids (139 extracellular amino acids, 21 transmembrane amino acids and 23 intracellular amino acids), which belongs to the TNF family and is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein. OX40/0X40L is an important co-stimulator molecule, which plays an important role in immune response and many diseases. Immunotherapy by interfering with the interaction of OX40/0X40L has achieved very good results in many animal models, which provides a theoretical and experimental basis for future clinical treatment.
