Human CD3E (T cell surface glycoprotein, CD3 epsilon)
The T cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon, also known as CD3E, also known as IMD18, T3E, or TCRE, is a membrane protein. CD3E contains one Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain and one ITAM domain. CD3E, and CD3-gamma, CD3-delta and CD3-zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha / beta and gamma / delta can be linked as heterodimers to form T cell receptor-CD3 complex.
