The new Trinder's reagent
The new Trinder's reagent is mainly used as raw material for biochemical diagnostic reagent.
Liver function series: such as adenosine dehydrogenase kit (enzyme colorimetric method) chromogen using TOOS (EHSPT); 5'-nucleotidase assay kit (enzyme colorimetric method) chromogen using TOOS (EHSPT); free fatty acid assay kit (enzyme method) chromogen using TOPS.
Renal function series: creatinine assay kit (enzymatic method) chromogen using TOPS (ESPMT); uric acid assay kit (enzymatic method) chromogen using TOPS (ESPMT)
Glucose metabolic series: TOOS (EHSPT) was used for glucose assay kit (oxidase method); N-(carboxymethyl amino carbonyl-4,4-)-4,4'-diphenylamine sodium salt was used for glycosylated hemoglobin assay kit (enzymatic method); TOOS (EHSPT) was used for glycosylated albumin assay kit (enzymatic method);- Dehydrated glucitol (enzymatic method) was prepared by TOOS (EHSPT).
Blood lipid series: total cholesterol determination kit (oxidase method) chromogen using HDAOS (HSDA); high density lipoprotein cholesterol chromogen using ADPS (ESPAS); low density lipoprotein cholesterol chromogen using DAOS; triglyceride detection kit (enzyme method) chromogen using MADB.
